How much does your service cost?
We offer a wide range of services. Our computer repair rates are $50/ hour in shop $79/hour Onsite. We will beat any legitimate companies rates when directly compared. You will not get a better deal anywhere else.

What areas do you service?
JTG Systems provides service to all of Niagara region; call us at (905) 346-3281 to find out if we service your area.

Do I need to bring my computer to you?
Not necessarily. We will come to your home or business to repair your computer. There are occasions when it is not feasible to repair your computer on site or not possible. If that happens we will take it back to the office and repair it there, then return it to you or you can come pick it up.

Do you offer web site design?
Yes. We offer website design and hosting. Please call us for a custom quote at (905) 346 3281

Do I need to do anything before the technician arrives?
Yes and NO...Make sure you have all of your Operating System disks, driver disks and any additional software available as the technician may need access to them. Also, it is good practice to perform regular file backups of your important data. This may save the technician time and you money. If you have difficulty a skilled technician will help you. if you dont have the disks NO worries.. We will sort it out for you.

Do you offer home and business computer repair services?
Yes. JTG Systems provides onsite residential and commercial business computer services of all types from basic computer repair to full home automation.

JTG Systems is located in Fonthill Ontario, Canada, L0S 1E2
Our address is 1143 Haist Street, Fonthill. This is our office location.

Can I drop off my PC or laptop?
Yes you can. The office is open from 9am to 11pm, 7 days a week.
We are open on the weekends for drop offs and pickups only.

What if I have a business but can’t afford a computer?

If you have good credit and have been in business for more than 2 Years, you will be able to lease computer equipment from us. Only paying a small amount each month. Almost all of our equipment can be leased not just computer systems. Saving you valuable money! We are authorized Dell Partners.

How do I know your company is reputable?

We are past members of the St.Catharines and Thorold Chamber of Commerce in 2006 / 2007. We were members of BNI, Know It All Niagara, Barter Group Inc.,  Fran Tarkington breakfast group, We are authorized Inforce Security dealers. Our largest Job was for the National Network for Mental Health.

Some current clients are Smart shopper magazine, Salvation army, Rockway glen golf course, Lochness links golf course and many other well known companies.
