Since its founding in 2005, JTG Systems has established a reputation for outstanding customer service in computer repair. Based in the Niagara region, our company has flourished over the past 20 years, driven by our commitment to rapid response, efficient solutions, and exceptional turnaround times. We take pride in our strong community ties and the positive impact we've made helping local residents and businesses.

Born in May 1985 in St. Catharines, Ontario, John developed a passion for computers at a young age and has been working with them since Windows 95. He attended AK Wigg, Glenn A. Green, E.L. Crossley and graduated from Niagara College's Police Foundations program in Welland in 2005.
In 2002, John joined the Department of National Defence / Lincoln and Welland Regiment as a Canadian infantry soldier. During his three-year service, he underwent rigorous training in urban warfare, tactical strategies, and all infantry weapon systems. He was never deployed overseas, but served as a qualified small arms coach who scored marksman on his personal weapons test level 3βand he remains ready to answer the call if the country needs him.
