Microscope Inspection
We scan the board under 40x magnification to spot burnt components, corrosion, or physical cracks.
Schematic Analysis
Using factory boardview files and schematics, we trace the voltage lines to find where the power stops.
Thermal Imaging
We inject voltage into the board and use thermal cameras to see which component glows hot (the short).
Component Replacement
We desolder the failed chip (MOSFET, Capacitor, IC) and solder a brand new replacement.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
The board is bathed in an ultrasonic cleaner to remove flux residue and corrosion.
Final QC
We stress test the CPU, GPU, and RAM for 24 hours to ensure stability before return.
